The Catherine Bow Mini dress is a sheath style mini, cut from luxe black velvet fabric.  Featuring an oversized white bow at the chest that wraps around the shoulders. Perfect for a winter event or engagement photos.  This style runs small, but the fabric is quite stretchy and comfortable.
